Registration Department, Edison Sianturi acknowledged over 6.5
million Jakartans have performed E-ID Card recording. From the total number, 6.3
million people have received the physical E-ID Card.
“It means, 93 percent Jakartans have performed
E-ID Card recording,” he uttered, Wednesday (11/18).
Sianturi conveyed this is due to extension
service hours applied in urban village office and jemput bola system every
weekend.
The extension hours is started from 4 PM – 6 PM on
weekdays. While on weekend the service opens up to 12 PM. “So, workers who are busy
on weekdays can process their ID Card on weekend,” he expressed.
